THE CONFESSIONAL ROOM - Episode 3-Bella’s Rebuttal — “I Fear No Falling Object”
[Bella sits perfectly centered on the Confessional couch. Her posture is immaculate. Her expression is the calm, cold confidence of someone who knows she is right.]
Bella: “I would like to begin by stating, for the record, that I am unbothered. I am uninjured. And I am entirely unsurprised.”
[She blinks once, slowly — the Sheriff’s blink.]
“Dan claims he ‘didn’t do anything.’ Dan claims he ‘doesn’t know how gravity works.’ Dan claims he is a ‘victim of the narrative.’ I claim Dan is full of nonsense.”
[She adjusts her whiskers with dignity.]
“I have maintained order in this household with fairness and precision. If Dan has found my enforcement… inconvenient… that is a him problem. Not a me problem.”
[She leans forward, voice dropping to a low, authoritative rumble.]
“And let it be known: If Dan truly wished to challenge me, he should have done so face‑to‑face. Not from a shelf like a cowardly gargoyle.”
[She sits back, serene once more.]
“I will not be intimidated. I will not be deterred. And I will not stop nose‑punching him when he deserves it.”
[Camera fades as she lifts her chin, victorious.]
